My Doctor Who OC, The Magician

Name:  The Magician
Age: Unknown, looks about from late teens to early twenties
Species: Time Lady
Home world:  Galifrey
Appearance:  In this regeneration, she has long red wavy hair, big blue eyes, and freckles.  Her eyelashes are long, and she has a goofy mischievous grin.  Her clothing is somewhat doll-like/lolita fashion inspired, fluffy knee length dresses, Mary Jane shoes, etc. Purples and greens are common, as well as ribbons and lace.  She is rarely seen without her tall purple top hat with a pink rose on the brim.  
Amount of regenerations: This is her fifth one.  
Personality:  She's determined, a bit stubborn at times, and a bit of a trickster, she loves pulling pranks, especially on her enemies.  She never took her Time Lord abilities responsibly, she's rather go off and do her own thing.  She does feel emotional at times, such as when she left Gallifrey/when Gallifrey was destroyed, and feels a bit homesick once in awhile.  
Attitude: This incarnation is extremely playful.  She sees life as a big game, and is always ready to play it.  She is also a bit naive and gets herself into more trouble than she should.  A bit of a drama queen at times.  
Likes:  Sweets, doing magic tricks, purple and green, pranking people, time traveling, and reading fairy tales.  She also love watching Earth cartoons such as Sailor Moon, Power Puff Girls, and Disney related stuff, but she'd never admit it.
Dislikes: Broccoli, bad guys, Time Lord duties, her red hair, being told what to do.
Long term goal: Having been fed up with the stuffy Time Lord duties, the Magician travels through time doing what she loves, putting on spectacular magic shows.  Her goal is just to cheer people up.  Most of the other Time Lords saw that as a stupid waste of her abilities.  Even after she left Gallifrey, she still felt homesick.  After she heard Gallifrey was destroyed in the Time War, she remained on Earth, hoping that maybe by some miracle that other Time Lords have survived and she could meet one of her old friends, if only for a brief few minutes.  Whenever she does encounter an enemy, she uses her wit and her illusions to fool and trick the villain, rather than violence.
Equipment: She has Sonic Keys that can unlock any lock. Her trademark hat, like the TARDIS, is bigger on the inside and can fit anything in it.  She has seemingly magic items that can be use as part of her tricks, or when facing a villain.
Abilities:  Regeneration obviously.  She is also skilled at the art of illusions, and disguises.  
Mode of transport:  She has her own TARDIS.  She often uses her TARDIS in her magic shows, sometimes it looks like a closet which she does her "quick changes", sometimes it looks like a coffin for her escape acts, sometimes it's used as a "disappearing box".  Also if any enemies get their hands on the TARDIS, she can make the interior look like a fun house maze to confuse them.
